Our newest project is a total-house rehab in Lancaster. With great support from the Town of Lancaster and a generous grant, we are well on the way to raising the anticipated cost of $100,000.

Teams of volunteers came out during the winter to do some necessary demolition to the site, in preparation for the renovation.

A Local Partner Committee has been formed and is already working hard to raise awareness and funds for this fun project.

What is a Local Partner Committee

Local Partner Committees bring together volunteers who work to obtain a building site for a Habitat house, raise awareness and support for a habitat project in their town, and raise the funds to build the house. If you have interest or experience in construction, PR, community outreach or fundraising, we can use your expertise and energies as a Lancaster volunteer. Strand Theatre Tickets Purchase tickets to the historic Strand Theatre Movie House & Grille. Tickets are available for $5.00 which is lower than the box office rate. Tickets never expire and are good for all showings. Proceeds support the Lancaster Project. Shipping is only $1.

Lancaster Partner/Family

If you are interested in becoming a Habitat homeowner, please contact our office at 978-348-2749 ext. #211 or email office@ncmhabitat.org. You will be added to our database of potential applicants and notified when we are ready to being the selection process. We anticipate the family selection process for 32 Carter Street, Lancaster will begin in autumn, 2010.
