Corporate Team Building OpportunitiesBuilding Our Community's Future - Building Teamwork Habitat for Humanity provides a unique opportunity for organizations to pool their employees' skills and talents and make a valuable contribution to the community. Your team will work together, gaining a great sense of personal and team satisfaction. In the process, they will become directly involved in the fight against one of the major causes of poverty - the lack of affordable houses for hard-working, low-income families. If you are unable to fulfill your commitment, please notify us as soon as possible at 978-348-2749 or via email at office@ncmhabitat.org. If we must cancel, we will notify you or your group coordinator if you are volunteering as part of a group as early as possible via email or phone. Your group coordinator will then notify you of changes. Other Helpful InformationSITE HOST: Each work day a site host represents Habitat for Humanity at our construction sites. The site host makes the volunteer experience smooth and pleasant, provides information and support, and lets our volunteers know how much they are needed and appreciated. Training is required, so if you are interested please call the the Habitat office at 978-348-2749. REFRESHMENT PROVIDERS: You can be the most popular person on a construction site! This person (or group) provides the mid-morning and afternoon snacks for 15 hungry volunteers and delivers them before 10 a.m. It doesn't have to be fancy fare. If you can help with brownies or cookies and the like, sign up as a refreshment provider. |
